By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase a product at the indicated price. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 16 years old. To place an order, you must be over 18 years old. You are required to pay the full amount of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Once payment is received by us, we accept your order and send a confirmation email to the email address provided in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Payment Policy

You can pay your order via Stripe using your Visa/Mastercard card. All payments are made in USD. The final price is calculated according to the actual exchange rate of your bank on the date of the transaction. All payments made using Stripe are protected by Stripe. We do not receive or store customer’s payment information like card numbers. All payment information processed by Stripe.

Orders payed for with Visa/Mastercard cards might require transaction verification. This may delay shipping time.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide via FedEx and UPS. The cost of shipping depends on the number of items you’re purchasing, weight and volumetric weight of the items, shipment method and your destination point.

All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days (1-2 weeks during the holidays and sales) unless stated otherwise in the item’s description. This time is needed to process and manufacture your order. Time of delivery will vary depending on the destination point.

Exact delivery cost and time are calculated at checkout.

Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Customs fees are not included in the price of delivery. Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees according to local legislation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

If you refuse or fail to receive a shipment from Ohhio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Return and Refund Policy

We only accept returns for unused items. Please contact us via email, receive confirmation of return possibility, send us your purchase and provide us with the tracking number. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. Downloadable products are not returnable and refundable.

Any return and refund must be claimed within 10 days from the date of receiving of item. Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.

Any return must be shipped back within 10 days from the date of receiving of item.

The returned items must be sent back at customer’s expense in their original packaging along with all the materials received with the items (bags, wrapping, catalogue, etc.) The items must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. If the item does not fit these requirements it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payment cancellation and refund (with a 15% reduction for administration costs) is possible only before goods are shipped.

If for any reason you did not receive your order or it arrived Significantly Not as Described, please contact us and we’ll provide you with further instructions on the return and refund process.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes can be applied in the shopping cart during checkout only once unless stated otherwise.

The discount or bonus will only be visible once the code has been entered into the coupon code box on the shopping cart page and has been accepted.
